We currently ship across India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • During product launches, promotional events, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

OCTANE2 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or recipient information.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or appears incomplete:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the package and products to help us investigate the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible serviceable locations.

OCTANE2 reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on operational requirements.
