Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during delivery

- Wrong product received
- Missing items from the order
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the customer must contact us within 24hrs through email or whatsapp from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
- Products damaged due to incorrect usage or application
Return Conditions
To process a return request:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Order details or proof of purchase must be provided
- Images/videos of the product condition may be required
OCTANE2 reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after reviewing the provided information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within the specified return period.
- Share your order details and clear images/videos of the product.
- Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.
If approved, OCTANE2 may offer:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund (where applicable)
Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Replacement availability depends on product stock.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
Currently, OCTANE2 does not offer exchanges unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
